About Dreher Insurance Agency

Ted has 30 years of insurance experience, a BS degree in Insurance from Pennsylvania State University, and is a licensed agent for Property/Casualty, Bonds, Life, and Health. Ted earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter in 1992. The Certified Insurance Counselor in 1994 and the Associate in Risk Management in 1996.

Brenda has been an associate since 1992. She handles the accounts receivable and payable.

Kathleen is a Monroe County native where she has lived her entire life. She is a graduate of Stroudsburg High School and Shippensburg State College. After teaching in the business department at a local high school for 2 years, she joined her family’s independent insurance agency, the Harry A. Mullins Insurance Agency, Inc., where she was employed for over 39 years. She became a part owner and President and eventually the sole owner. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Insurance Counselor designation during that time.

Kathleen joined the Dreher Insurance Agency, Inc. team after the merger of the Mullins Agency and Dreher Agency January 1, 2024 where she works on a part time basis servicing many of her former client’s needs.

She was a former member of the Kiwanis Club of Stroudsburg where she also served on the Board of the Club and Foundation. She also served as a Board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Pennsylvania, The East Stroudsburg University Foundation and the Pocono Mountains Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church.

Kathleen is a proud mother of two grown children, Katie and Michael. Katie followed in her mother’s footsteps and was employed by the Mullins Agency for over 20 years before joining the Dreher Agency team January 1, 2024. She also has five grandchildren which she enjoys spending time with.

She is an avid Philadelphia Eagles football fan and enjoys watching football games as well as watching Philadelphia Phillies baseball games. She enjoys cruises and trips to Vermont to visit her son and two of her grandchildren and trips to New York City to see Broadway shows. Kathleen resides in East Stroudsburg.

Philip has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. His employment background includes the banking and automotive industries. He is furthering his education by working on additional designations within the insurance industry.

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Rhonda Williams is a valued member of our Personal Lines department. Her extensive knowledge is complemented by her studies at Churchman’s Business School and Lock Haven University. Rhonda launched her career as a personal line agent in the late eighties, quickly establishing herself as a dedicated professional. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in the late nineties and was just honored with the “25 Years of Excellence” award from the Society of Certified Insurance Services Representative. This accolade reflects her unwavering commitment to professionalism and superior customer service.

At the Dreher Agency, Rhonda’s primary focus is ensuring her clients have the necessary coverage to protect themselves, their property, and their families. She prides herself on developing personal relationships with her clients, driven by integrity, expertise, and dedication. Rhonda collaborates with multiple insurance carriers to tailor the best solutions for each customer’s unique needs. Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys an active lifestyle. You can often find her swimming laps or playing pickleball. She also loves kayaking, hiking, biking, and traveling.
